钎焊工艺参数对纯Ni真空钎焊钎缝组织的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究Ni元素对镍基钎料钎焊接头组织的影响,以及更好的理解不同钎焊工艺参数下钎焊接头的凝固现象及金属间化合物的形成行为,文中采用BNi-2+40%BNi-5的混合钎料对纯Ni进行真空钎焊,运用金相分析、扫描电镜分析(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及电子探针分析对钎焊接头显微组织、钎缝成分分布和相组成进行了研究。结果表明,纯Ni钎缝主要由γ-Ni固溶体和金属间化合物组成,钎缝中的化合物包括Cr-B,Ni-Si和Ni-B三大类,钎缝晶界处都产生了数量不均的空洞,随着保温时间的增加,等温凝固所得的γ-Ni固溶体增多,钎缝中化合物相应减少,界面空洞有增大、增多的趋势。 In order to study the influence of Ni element on the microstructure of brazed joints with nickel-based filler metal,as well as to understand solidification phenomena and formation behavior of intermetallic compounds in brazed joints at different brazing parameters,vacuum brazing of pure Ni was carried out with BNi-2 +40% BNi-5 composite filler.The microstructures,the elements distribution and the phase compositions of the brazed joints were investigated by metallographic analyzer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS)and electron microprobe.The results indicated that the pure Ni joints are composed of 7-Ni solid solution and intermetallic compounds including three kinds such as Cr-B、Ni-Si and Ni-B compounds,and there are many voids at the interface of all the joints.As holding time being increased,γ-Ni solid solution formed in isothermal solidification increases and the compounds decreases correspondingly in the brazed joints.In addition,interfacial voids have the tendency to enlarge and growth in quantity.
