摘要
本文检索MEDLINE和中国生物医学文献数据库,对2006年1月以来发表的以老年人为研究对象、试验药物治疗时间>4周的临床试验进行分析,报道老年人失眠药物长疗程治疗的发展概括。
We searched, from MEDLINE and Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, all clinical trials conducted in population with insomnia disorders aged 65 years or over who received drug therapy for over 4 weeks published from January 2006 to January 2011. We reviewed the current situation of drug or over therapy for insomnia disorders in the elderly population.
