摘要
研究了热处理温度对亚共晶成分高铬铸铁组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,随加热温度的升高,高铬铸铁组织出现二次碳化物的析出与重溶现象,并且当二次碳化物的析出与重溶达到平衡时,材料的硬度出现峰值。
The effects of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that there is secondary carbide precipitation and re-solution with the increase of heat treatment temperature. The peak hardness of the material appears when the secondary carbide precipitates and re-solution reaches equilibrium.
