摘要
井架由于长期使用,各部件在拆卸、运输和安装过程中产生了不同程度的变形、损伤和腐蚀,影响了井架原设计时的承载能力。为此,提出了以实测应变参数为主的井架可靠性评估,来评定井架承载能力的方法,为使数据处理的准确性,以现场测试数据为基础,应用最小二乘法原理,用线性回归推算出井架在大载荷下的应力;利用结构抗力—荷载响应干涉理论,对井架进行可靠性评估,并且在评估方法中考虑了标准偏差的修正问题,在实例中对修正前、后井架可靠指标作了比较。在上述方法基础上,编制了一套数据处理分析软件,使得评估工作快速、方便、准确,及时避免可能的事故发生。文中还介绍了在高科1 井、克拉2 井的测评情况,使得该方法获得圆满效果。
For derrick has been used for ages,some deformation,damage and corrosion have been cause to derricks during dismantlement,transportation and setting.These will affect resistance to pressure of derricks designed.So,the method of evaluating resistance to pressure of derricks by real testing the strain parameter of derricks is proposed.Based on field testing data,the stress exerted on derrick under large load is calculated using least squre principle and linear regression.Using structural resistance load response intervention theory can evaluate the reliability of derrick.When evaluating,correction method of standard deviation is considered.On the basis of above methods,a set of data analysing and processing software is compiled,making evaluation faster,convinient and accurate,and can avoid potential accidents in time.Its application on well Gaoke 1 and Kela 2 and the results are satisfactory.
