摘要
中等职业教育是教育体系的重要组成部分,该学段是学生人格形成、习得知识与能力的重要阶段,其基本心理特征主要表现为:不稳定性、自主性和封闭性。职校生往往在学习上、习惯上、交往上、人格上出现林林总总的问题,教育工作者应该预防学生心理失衡,做好"超前干预"工作。
Secondary vocational education is an essential component of the whole educational system. It is an important stage for students to develop their personality and acquire knowledge as well as ability. The basic psychological characteristics are presented as instability,independence and solitariness. Since the students always encounter various of difficulties on the area of study,habit,social contact and personality,educational workers should prevent their psychological unbalance in advance and achieve ＂destroying the lion while he is yet but a whelp＂.
