摘要
贫困大学生有很多可贵的品格,也存在人格的不完善甚至有较严重的缺陷,必须引起一线辅导员高度重视。本文从贫困大学生常见人格缺陷、辅导员引领其完善人格的可能性,以及具体工作中辅导员应该注意和把握的一些要领进行论述,旨在使辅导员能更好地做好贫困大学生人格的呵护者、领航人甚至是模范,引领他们实现人格的健全与完善。
Poverty-stricken college student has a lot of good conduct,meanwhile,some of their personality defect is a common phenomenon,and counselors should pay close attention to the latter.
