摘要
高校辅导员的专业素质是高校辅导员从事思想政治教育和管理工作的必备素质,是实现高校辅导员队伍专业化的核心内容,从结构上看由三大部分组成:思想道德素质、专业知识和专业能力。作为高校辅导员专业素质培养内容的组成要素,思想道德素质、专业知识、专业能力以一定方式相互联结、相互作用,共同构成了高校辅导员专业素质培养的结构和方式。
The professional quality of university counselors is the essential character for their ideological and political education and management work,is the core content to realize college counselors team ＇s specialization,it structurally consists of three main components：ideological and moral qualities,professional knowledge and professional ability.These three components interrelated and interconnect in some fashion,jointly composed the structure and mode of the professional quality training for college counselors.
