摘要
利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D,就V形弯曲变形进行了数值模拟,获得了弯曲变形区应力应变分布特点及变形过程可以分为8个阶段的细观认识,更好地加深了对弯曲变形机理的认知。表明这种数值分析方法对研究发展弯曲加工的理论和实践具有指导意义。
By taking advantage of the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D,the author conducts a numerical simulation over V-shape bend and deformation.And through the numerical simulation,he obtains the stress and strain distribution features of bend and deformation sections and microscopic understanding of 8 deformation stages,which further deepens people's cognition the bend and deformation mechanism.All the above show that the numerical analysis method plays a guiding role in studying and developing theories and practice of bending processing.
