摘要
通过剖析"公共服务"的概念、特性及其演变过程以解读"旅游公共服务"与"公共服务"间的关系;进而结合中西方旅游发展的不同路径,着重分析了我国旅游业发展的特殊性;在此基础上,对目前我国"旅游公共服务体系"建设中所存在的问题予以诊断,并提出完善建议。
By analyzing the ＂public service＂ concept,characteristics and process of evolution to interpret the relationship between ＂tourism public service＂ and ＂public service＂,this article analyzes the special nature of tourism development by combining different ways of Chinese-Western tourism development,on the basis of diagnosing the problems of domestic tourism public service system in construction,and puts forward a sound proposal.This study not only deepens the understanding of ＂tourism public service＂,but also has a certain significance of guiding the construction of domestic tourism public service system.
