氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定大麦中微量硒

摘要 要研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对大麦中微量硒的测定,方法灵敏度高、准确度好。在最佳条件下,荧光强度与硒浓度在o.2125-100ng·mLl范围内呈线性关系,检出限达9.2.236ng·mL^-1,测定大麦中硒,相对标准偏差为2.45以下,回收率为92.35~106.80%。 The optimum conditions for the HG- AFS determination of selenium were studied and an AFS method for the determination of selenium in barley is proposed. Sensibility is high and accuracy is good in this method. Under the conditions proposed, there is a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and selenium concentration in the rage of 0.2125-100 ng· mL- 1, and it's detection limit is found to be 0.2236ng · mL-1 land the RSDs were under the rage of 2.45% .the method was success-fully applied to the determinafon of arsenic in barley with a recovery range of 92.35-- 106.80 %.
