摘要
新时期伴随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的出台,素质教育在中国教育改革与发展中的战略位置更加凸显。本文致力于探寻我国素质教育发展脉络,通过一种理论反思的视角,重新认识我国素质教育在新时期的发展重点和客观要求。
With the new period of ＂National education reform and development of long -term planning program （2010 -2020）＂ issued, quality education in Chinese education reform and development is more prominent in the strategic position. This paper focused on exploring the context of development on Chinese quality education, through the perspective of a theory of reflection, recognized development priorities and the objective requirements of our quality education in the new period.
