船舶修理是一项计划性、技术性和服务性都很强的工作,文中从树立市场营销观念、扩大服务内容、缩短修期、确保修船质量、搞好修后服务等几方面进行阐述,指出修船营销的核心是服务,只有提高服务质量,扩大服务内涵。
