水稻恢复系C224抗条纹叶枯病相关QTL的检测

摘要 在实验室采用人工接种方法鉴定了亲本及192个99B/C224杂交后代F2:3家系对水稻条纹病毒的抗性,表型值用条纹叶枯病病情指数表示,利用QTL IciMapping软件,采用完备区间作图法分析水稻条纹叶枯病抗性基因,共检测到5个QTLs:分别为qstv1、qstv2、qstv3-1、qstv3-2和qstv11,位于第1、2、3及第11染色体上,各QTL的LOD值为2.61~8.14,贡献率为3.19%~14.5%,比较分析发现,qstv11与已经定位的stvb-i位置相近,而另一效应较大的qstv3-1为新的抗病位点。 TResistances to rice stripe virus (RSV) of two parents, F1 individuals and 192 F2:3 lines derived from the cross of 99B/C224 were investigated by artificial inoculation of RSV in laboratory. Ratios of disease rating index were scored. QTLs for resistance to RSV were analyzed by QTL IciMapping software using the inclusive composite interval mapping method. Five QTLs controlling RSV resistance were localized on chromosomes 1, 2, 3 and 11 respectively. LOD value of the QTLs were from 2.61 to 8.14. Individual QTL accounted for 3.19%~14.5% of the phenotypic variance in the F2 population. Comparison with other researchers’ result showed seat of qstv11 is close to Stvb-i, and another major qstv3-1 is a new locus for RSV resistance.
