摘要
胎儿胼胝体发育不全常合并中枢神经系统畸形及其他畸形,与多种遗传综合征相关,准确诊断胼胝体发育不全可为临床诊断遗传综合征提供可靠依据。寻求一种直接有效的途径来显示胎儿胼胝体及胼周动脉,准确诊断胼胝体发育不全并对其预后进行评估是近年来国内外产前超声研究的重点。随着三维超声在胎儿检查中的成熟应用和分析软件的不断更新,胎儿胼胝体发育不全的诊断已不再局限于二维超声。本文对胎儿胼胝体发育不全的超声研究进展进行综述。
Fetal agenesis of corpus callosum(ACC) frequently associates with both the central nervous system and other malformations,combined many kinds of genetic syndromes.Definite diagnosis of ACC can provide reliable information for clinical physicians.Seeking a more direct and efficient way to directly visualize the corpus callosum and pericallosal arteries in order to diagnose and evaluate prognosis of the fetal ACC has become a focus in domestic and international prenatal ultrasonic research in recent years.With the mature application of 3-dimensional ultrasound and the unceasing update of analytical software,diagnosing fetal ACC is no longer limited to 2-dimensional ultrasound.The current status on the prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal ACC was reviewed in this article.
