摘要
随着计算机科技的发展和网络技术在世界范围内的普及，计算机网络技术已经逐渐走入了寻常百姓家，但作为高新科技的标志，计算机网络系统的维修和维护对大多数人来说确实难以应付。计算机网络产生故障的原因多种多样，而解决这些问题的方法也是不同的，因此，本文应用定性研究的分析方法，就针对计算机网络存在的各种可能故障进行了深入的原因探究，并提出了相应的解决对策建议。
With the development of computer technology and network technology in the worldwide popularity of computer network technology has been gradually into the homes of ordinary people,but as a symbol of high technology, computer network system repair and maintenance for most people is really difficult to cope.Failure of computer networks have a variety of reasons,and to solve these problems are different,therefore,this paper analysis of qualitative research methods to the existing computer networks for various possible reasons for failure in-depth research,and made corresponding countermeasures recommendations.
