NI指数与右美托咪定镇静深度相关性研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:观察Narcotrend指数NI与右美托咪定镇静深度的相关性。方法:选择择期在腰硬联合麻下行膝关节镜手术的患者20例,年龄18-40岁,体重50-90 kg,腰硬联合穿刺20 min后,依次微泵输注右美托咪定,0.05μg/(kg·min),0.1μg/(kg·min),0.2μg/(kg·min)各3 min,停药后唤醒。记录输注右美托嘧啶前(T_0)、输注0.05μg/(kg·min)3 min后(T_1)、输注0.1μg/(kg·min)3 min后(T_2)、输注0.2μg/(kg·min)3 min后(T_3)、唤醒后1 min(T_4)的NI指数。结果:随着右美托咪定泵注速度的增加,脑电意识深度NI指数都有不同程度的降低,唤醒后NI指数回升。Spearman相关系数为r=-0.7643,P<0.05。结论:Narcotrend的NI指数能很好的评价右美托咪定的镇静水平。 Objective :To observe the correlation between NI and the depth of sedation in dexmedetomidine. Methods:Twenty ASA I patients aged 18-40 yr,weighing 50-90 kg scheduled for arthroscopy of knee under spinalepidural anesthesia. Dexmedetomidine 0.05 μg/(kg·min),0.1 μg/(kg·min),0.2 μg/(kg·min)were given by electronic micro pump in turn. Every pump-speeding would be last 3 rain then wake up the patients. Dexmedetomidine 0.05 μg/(kg·min),0.1μg/(kg·min),0.2 μg/(kg·min) in turn were recorded as three time spots(T1-3). The time spot of T0 and T4 were before injection and one rain after consciousness respectively. NI was recorded above five time spots. Results: As infusing rate of dexmedetomidine increased, NI was declined to varying extents. While the NI was increased as the patients were aroused. The dose of dexmedetomidine bore negative correlation with the NI(r=-0.7643, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The NI of Narcotrend is adapt to monitor the depth of sedation in dexmedetomidine.
