深圳市售海产品中创伤弧菌检测分析 被引量:4

Detection and analysis of vibrio vulnificus in seafood of Shenzhen markets

摘要 目的了解深圳市售海产品中创伤弧菌污染状况,为预防创伤弧菌引起的食源性疾病做好预警。方法从深圳的超市、集贸市场和餐厅按照无菌采样原则采集海产品48份,经碱性蛋白胨水增菌,选择性培养基筛选培养,进行创伤弧菌荧光定量PCR检测和生化鉴定。结果 48份海产品样本中有17份检出创伤弧菌,阳性率为35.42%。结论深圳市售海产品中创伤弧菌的污染情况严重。 Objective To know the contamination status of vibrio vulnificus in seafood,in order to early warning the foodborne disease caused by vibrio vulnificus.Method Followed bacteria-free principle,48 samples of seafood which collected from supermarkets,pedlars' markets and dining rooms in Shenzhen.Enrichment the bacteria in alkaline peptone water,using selective medium to culture,carried out fluorescence quantitative PCR detection and biochemical testing.Results 17 samples were positive in 48 seafood samples,and positive rate was 35.41%.Conclusions The contamination status of vibrio vulnificus in seafood of Shenzhen markets was serious.
