摘要
中压配电网结构复杂、数据量庞大,传统的中压配电网评价方式指导性不强,对电网缺乏全面的评价。分析了中压配电网的评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法建立了较为全面、适合城市配电网特点的综合评价体系,从供电能力、电能质量等多个方面来评价电网,并引入模糊隶属度函数对电网的基础指标进行归一化。在上海某配电网的应用表明,该方法的评价结论能够较具体地指导配电网建设改造。
MV distribution network has complicated struture and huge data.The traditional MV distribution network evaluation method fails to give practical instruction and evaluate the network comprehensively.The MV evaluation index system is analyzed.A relatively comprehensive synthetic evaluation system suiting for urban distribution network is built up with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate the network in aspects of power supply capacity,power quality etc.The fuzzy membership function is introduced to unify the basic index of the network.Its application in Shanghai network shows that the evaluation result can instruct the distribution network practically.
