以生产线产品品质测试为背景,简述了基于声音振动信号分析方法对产品品质进行测试的架构和典型技术应用.介绍了基于计算机技术来进行动态信号采集及分析的优势和特点.同时,结合实际应用案例,展示了该方法在产品品质测试方面的应用状况.
Taking product quality test on production line as research background,a test frame based on the sound vibration signal analysis method is presented.Advantages for dynamic signal gathering and analyzing method are also introduced.Finally,an example is given and the product quality test applications are shown.
