介绍了海城钢铁有限公司80万t/a高速线材生产线采用连铸坯热送热装的工艺流程;阐述了热送辊道、入炉辊道、转盘等非标设备的结构特点及单独驱动辊道形式的优点;对驱动电机进行了选型和功率计算。指出了这条生产线在热送非标设备设计上的优势和不足,为高速线材生产线的热送非标设备的设计及应用提供了参考。
The author introduces the process of billet hot delivery and hot charging system for 800 000 t/a High Speed Wire Rod Mill of Haicheng Iron and Steel Company Limited, expounds the structure characteristics of non-standard equipment such as hot charging roller table, entry roller table and rotating disc and the advantages of single driven roller table, selects drive motors and calculates the power. The advantages and disadvantages of the design of non-standard equipment for the hot charging system are pointed out, providing a reference for the design and application of hot charging non-standard equipment for high speed wire rod mill.
