摘要
本文对花键轴开模冷挤压中出现的入模口处局部镦粗问题进行了理论上的分析, 并通过上限法计算得出避免这一现象出现的开模挤压可成形性范围, 实际的工艺实验结果验证了上述计算的可靠性。本文还提出了当出现镦粗后如何抑制其扩大从而使开模挤压仍能继续完成的办法,并对这种解决办法进行了理论上的分析计算和实验检证。
The bulging problem at the die entrance in open die cold extrusion for spline shaft is analyzed and the ability of the extrusion range to avoid the bulging phenomenon is determined by calculation using upper bound method in this paper.The results of processing experiment verify the reliability of the above analysis.The solution to the bulging problem is put forward,and so the normal open die extrusion can be completed smoothly.The theoretical calculation and experimental verification corresponding to the solution are done.
