摘要
通过甲苯的非催化环氯化方法,可以明显提高产物中邻氯甲苯质量含量。合适的反应条件为:温度 303 K,通氯速率4.6×10- 2 s- 1 ,溶剂与甲苯的体积比为2。与传统的 Fe Cl3 催化氯化相比,邻氯甲苯与对氯甲苯质量比从1.1提高到2.36,本流程中使用自产盐酸作氯化溶剂,氯化液分离容易,省去了水洗,没有废水排放,避免了精馏设备腐蚀。
A noncatalytic chlorination technique for increase of ortho chlorotoluene from cyclic chlorination of toluene with hydrochloric acid solvent was studied, the optimum reaction conditions were found to be: reaction temperature was 303 K, the flow rate of chlorine was 4.6×10 -2 s -1 , and volume ratio of solvent/toluene was 2 . By comparison with the ordinary method, the ratio of m (OCT)/ m (PCT) was raised from 1.1 to 2.36 .
