摘要
不同晶体结构 Zr O2 的制备探索表明, 二氧化锆的晶体结构极大地依赖于它的制备条件.从同一种原料可以制备出不同晶体结构的二氧化锆, 也可以从不同的锆盐原料制备出同一种晶体结构的二氧化锆. 其影响因素包括制备原料、锆盐溶液的浓度、溶液的p H 值、沉淀时的速度及溶液的温度等. 它们对制备二氧化锆的晶体结构均有规律性的影响. 因此, 我们推测锆离子在溶液中有不同的物种形式, 而这些不同的物种导致了不同的二氧化锆晶体结构. 聚合锆离子物种导致单斜晶系二氧化锆, 而非聚合物种则形成四方晶系二氧化锆.
Experimental results show that the crystal structure of zirconia greatly depends on the conditions of their preparation. Zirconia with different crystal structures could be prepared from the same zirconium salt, and zirconia with a specified crystal structure also could be prepared from different zirconium salts. The conditions influencing the crystal structures are: zirconium salts used, Zr 4+ ion concentration, solution pH value, neutralizing speed with ammonia, Zr 4+ ion solution temperature, and the calcining temperature of Zr(OH) 4. Hence, it is believed that there are two kinds of ion species containing zirconium atom in solution, one is the tetramer, [Zr 4(OH) 816H 2O] 8+ , and the other is the ion containing only one zirconium atom. The former leads to monoclinic zirconia and the latter to tetragonal one.
