离心压缩机叶片前缘形状对强度计算的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以某大型离心式压缩机的闭式叶轮为研究对象,在研究叶片前缘形状对叶轮性能的影响过程中,利用CAD软件Solidworks对3个闭式叶轮进行三维实体造型,并运用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟计算。主要对比研究了钝形、圆形和椭圆形前缘对叶轮强度的影响。数值计算的结果表明:叶片前缘几何形状对离心压缩机的结构强度具有影响。 In this paper,set the shrouded impeller of a large type centrifugal compressor as the research object,the CAD software Solidworks is applied to establish 3-D models for the three shrouded impellers and the finite element software ANSYS is used to numerically simulate and compute in the process of studying the effect of leading edge shape of blade on impeller performance.Through visualization of the computational result of the impellers with a square leading edge,a circular leading edge and an elliptical leading edge,it is clarified by comparison that different leading edge shapes has significant influences on the compressor strength.
