摘要
社区公共卫生服务是公共产品,进行项目化管理能较好地推动该项工作的顺利开展。该文从编制项目清单、构建组织管理体系、制订项目方案、强化经费管理、加强考核和督导等五个方面就鄞州区姜山社区卫生服务中心进行社区公共卫生服务项目化管理的具体做法加以介绍,以期对中国社区卫生服务体系改革有所启示。
Community public health service is regarded as one kind of public goods, which can be smoothly carried out by managing as project. This article introduees the specific methods of managing as project in eommunity public health service in Jiangshan community health service centre in five aspects： the items bill,system of organization administration,scheme,fund management,and evaluation and guidance. It is expected that the research and praetiee can give some enlightenment for reform of community health service system in China.
