摘要
为对飞行程序设计与运行的安全性进行定量分析,需建立评价指标测度模型。从超障安全和飞行冲突风险水平两方面分析了影响飞行程序安全性的主要因素,提出了飞行程序运行的近地风险模型、飞行程序运行交通流内部以及不同飞行程序运行交通流之间的冲突强度和累计风险模型。以实际的进离场飞行程序为例开展仿真实验,提出了安全指标量化分析的方法,揭示了飞行程序构型、布局等影响安全性的规律。实验结果表明,该模型能客观地反映飞行程序安全性且有计算简便的特点。
In order to quantitative the safety of flight procedure designs and operations,it needs safety evaluation index measurement models.The main influence factors of flight procedures′ safety are analyzed,and the risk model through OCA,cumulative risk model of approaching obstacles,flight conflicts intensity and cumulative risk model are purposed.Simulation experiments are carried out based on arrival and departure flight procedures,and safety index is analysed based on the experiments.The result indicates that these models can express quantitative index for flight procedures′ safety correctly and objectively,and the calculation methods are simple and convenient.
