摘要
异化劳动理论是马克思主义重要的组成部分,具有十分丰富的内涵。人的全面发展是马克思主义人学的主要内容。马克思的异化劳动理论是人的全面发展的重要基础。当今社会人的全面发展特别是人的精神生活面临着诸多困境和瓶颈,马克思和弗洛姆通过对异化现象的分析和揭示,为我们考察现代社会特别是人的全面发展提供了一个独特的理论视角,对完善人的精神生活具有重要的作用。
The diverse theory of labor is the important part of Marxist theory.This theory is of the important connotation.People development in all-round way is a key part of Marist personal theory.The diversity labor theory of Marx lays the important foundation for the person progress in all-round way.However,there are many bottle-necks for the people＇s spirit life.Marx and Furom made exploration by means of analysis of the diverse phenomena that they provided us the unique theoretic view for examination the modern society especially the person progress in all-round way and to complete the person spirit life.
