摘要
在"中震可修"水准上我国抗震规范没有给出具体量化的性能指标。针对我国现行抗震规范中,地震作用水平从多遇地震到罕遇地震的超越概率相差较大的现状,提出中小震的地震作用水平。通过分析结构变形与损伤的关系,本文选取层间位移角作为中小学钢筋混凝土框架的性能指标,将"中震可修"性态目标划分为"轻微破坏"和"中等破坏"两个阶段,建立中小学混凝土框架结构的"四水准"抗震设防目标。在分析国内外钢筋混凝土框架(柱)试验数据结果的基础上,建立中小学钢筋混凝土框架结构在地震作用下处于暂时使用和修复后使用性能水平的量化指标。
In China seismic code,the specific and quantitative performance index has not given to ensure structures repairable under moderate earthquake.Considering the marked difference in probability of exceedance between frequent earthquake and extremely rare earthquake in China seismic design code,a new definition of middle-small earthquakes is proposed here.According to the analysis of relationship between displacement and damage,the inter-story drift ratio is selected as quantization indexes for reinforced concrete frame structures of primary and middle schools.Two performance objectives under moderate earthquake are proposed such as "slight damage" and "medium damage", and four seismic fortification criteria are formed for reinforced concrete frame structures of primary and middle schools.Based on analyzing the data of seismic performance tests of RC frames or columns,two quantization indices for temporarily operational and repairably operational performance levels are put forward at last.
