摘要
四川石化公司360kt/a乙二醇装置有6台高通量换热器,大庆石油化工机械厂完成了其中的4台的国产化改造设计。文中阐述其中1台高通量换热器的结构设计。该设备的换热管采用国外UOP专利技术。管箱及管板采用复合板,大接管与法兰采用堆焊结构,自行设计了吊装部件及非标准支座。
The 360 kt/a Glycol Plant of Sichuan Petrochemical Company has 6 high flux heat exchangers,.The Machinery Factory of Daqing Petrochemical Company completed the domestic revamping design of 4 of them.This paper expounded the structural design of 1 of the high flux heat exchangers.The heat exchanging tubes use the patented technology of UOP of America.The tube boxes and tube sheets use composite plates,large connection pipes and flanges use deposit structure,and lifting parts and non-standard supports are designed on our own.
