摘要良性前列腺增生症是老年男性的一种常见病、多发病。为评价非那雄胺的临床价值,我们将2006年5月至2009年12月确诊为BPH,接受经尿道前列腺切除术（TURP）治疗的120例患者,分为术前服用非那雄胺1周组和未服用非那雄胺组,各组均为60例,
