摘要
以绍兴电力局配电网自动化系统为例,在分析其主要特点和功能的基础上,对各相关系统之间的互联互通、信道/信息资源共享及信息一致性等问题进行了较为深入的探讨,重点研究了由于时标不统一可能造成的继电保护、故障自动隔离与重构等监控信息时序混乱的问题,提出了解决方案设想,即在终端实现环境信息监控及三遥信息监控一体化、全网基于GPS统一时标的配网自动化系统。
Illustrated with the example of the distribution automation system in Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau,this paper explores the problems such as the interconnection,channel / information resources sharing and information consistency between related systems through the analysis of its main functions and characteristics.It mainly researches into the time-series chaos of monitoring information of the relay protection of power system,automatic fault isolation and reconstruction resulted from unsynchronized timing marks.It also proposes the solution,i.e.,to achieve the integration of monitoring the environmental information,remote measuring,remote signaling and remote control at terminals as well as the synchronized timing marks based on GPS in the system.
