摘要
培训包建设项目是国家教学资源库建设的一个子项目,它的突出优点是针对性强,能够适应目前培训人员的普遍要求,改变了传统教学培训的思路,将培训的实施按照工作过程和职业技能进行了充分的资源整合,并以搭建职业技能平台的方式,免去了培训人员以往学习过程中需要买几本书、参加几个培训班的时间和精力,使培训者想学到的知识和达到的职业技能效果能够在培训包网站上实现,并取得良好的效果。
Training package project is one subproject of the national teaching resource database.This package meet the needs of training staff with its good pertinence.It has changed the traditional teaching thought and integrated resource of the work procession and the professional skills,and put up the distance teaching＇s platform of the professional skills which avoid wasting the training time and energy.It works well in practice and gets good reputation from users.
