摘要
采用有限元分析方法,建立了某感应电机分析模型,并应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了结构分析,得出电机的应力分布及位移云图,同时对端盖进行了结构优化设计,得出了一些有益的结论。分析结果表明,该感应电机定子满足强度要求,可为电机结构进一步合理优化及研究提供参考。
A finite element model of the induction motor is established by using finite element method to analyze the structure of the large induction motor and the Bearing Bracket.The result shows that structure design of Induction Motor meets the design requirement,thus the conclusions can be obtained for further rational optimization design of induction motor.
