摘要
目的检测转移相关基因MMP-9在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,观察其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系,探讨MMP-9在胃癌发展过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法检测57例胃癌及其癌旁正常组织MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果转移相关基因MMP-9在胃癌组织中表达的阳性率(73.68%)显著高于相应正常组织(19.30%)(P<0.01),其表达水平与浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.01),随胃癌浸润深度增加、淋巴结转移及TNM分期的进展,其表达水平增高。结论转移相关基因MMP-9的表达与胃癌生物学行为有关;在胃癌发生、发展过程中,可能由于MMP-9的异常激活,促进了癌细胞的浸润、转移。
Objective To identify the role of metastatic correlation MMP9 in the tissues of gastric cancer and in the correspondent normal tissues adjacent to the gastric cancer,and to observe its pathological relation with gastric cancer.The role of MMP-9 gene in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer was also identified. Methods An immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of metastastic correlation MMP-9 in the tissues of 57 patients with gastric cancer and in the correspondent normal tissues adjacent to the cancer.Results The positive expreesion rate（73.68%） of metastastic correlation MMP-9 in gastric cancer was significantly statistical higher than those in correspondent normal tissues（19.30%,P〈0.01）.The expression level of MMP-9 was positively related to the invasiveness,lymphnode metastasis and TNM staging.With the development of tissue invasivenesof gastric cancer,lymphnode metastasis and TNM staging,the expression level of metastastic correlation MMP-9 elevated.Conclusion The data suggested that the expression level of metastastic correlation MMP-9 was closely related to biological behavior of gastric cancer.In the pathogenesis and development of gastric cancer,over activation of MMP-9 will result in invasiveness and metastasis of gastric cells.
