摘要 哈中(哈萨克斯坦至中国)天然气管道工程工期紧,任务重,需要调动大型、中型设备上千台套,为提高施工设备的管理水平,实现项目设备管理的规范化运行,引进了条形码设备管理系统。文章介绍了该系统的使用方法、主要功能和条形码系统数据库的特点。条形码设备管理系统是以实物管理为基础,以条形码技术的应用为特点的优秀管理软件。该系统通过条形码技术对设备实物从购置、领用、转移、盘点、清理到报废等方面进行全方位准确监管,结合设备分类统计等报表,真正实现账、卡、物相符,减少了大量繁琐的人为统计核实工作,为项目的设备管理提供了技术支持和保障。 Kazakstan to China Natural Gas Pipeline Project is a heavy task with short planned construction period and needs mobilizing up to thousand of sets of large and medium equipment.In order to raise the level of construction equipment management and realize the standardized run of equipment management,the bar code equipment management system is introduced,which is the excellent software for physical management based on bar code technique.This system conducts exact equipment supervision from purchase,requisition,transfer,check and clearance to abandonment,and together with report forms of equipment classification and statistics,it realizes exactly the coincidence in account items,cards and substances,thus reduces large amount of manual statistic and check work,provides technical support and guarantee for project equipment management.The application method and main functions of the system as well as the characteristics of the system database are illustrated in this paper.
