摘要
目的观察基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)在颅内动脉瘤中的表达情况,并且与正常颅内动脉的表达相比较,以探讨动脉瘤的发病原因及机制。方法用免疫组织化学方法对31例经手术切除的颅内动脉瘤标本和16例脑外伤病人切除的正常血管中的MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达进行检测和比较,将所得染色标本在光镜下观察,并用医学图像分析系统进行定量分析。结果动脉瘤标本中的MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1明显高于正常血管。结论MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1与颅内动脉瘤密切相关,可能在颅内动脉瘤形成、发展及其破裂过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective To examine the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) and Matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1) in intracranial aneurysms and to compare them with those expressed in normal brain vessels tissue,to obtain useful informations for better understanding of the pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods 31 samples of intracranial aneurysms were obtained in the operation and 16 normal cerebral vessels as controls were examined using immunohistechemistry technique.All the stained sections were observed under the microscope recording the positive site and intensity,and quantitative analysis was taken by medical image analysis system for protein expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1.Results The MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of Aneurysm specimens was significantly higher than those of normal cerebral vessels.Conclusion MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 are closely related with the intracranial aneurysm,they may be play an important role in the formation,development and the rupture process of the intracranial aneurysm.
