基于知识联盟的知识转移动因及其影响因素研究

摘要随着知识经济时代的到来,知识联盟成为企业寻求自身发展的一大战略手段。本文回顾了知识联盟的内涵及其模式。再以知识管理为切入点,探讨了联盟中知识转移的动因及其对知识联盟的作用,并探讨了知识联盟中对知识转移的顺利进行造成影响的因素。
