摘要
波特钻石模型认为,提高产业竞争力是一个系统工程,需要压力和自身实力以及相关优势条件,需要政府政策支持。浙江台州汽车产业现状是:土地、资金稀缺,劳动力充足,企业家善于创业,高级技术人才缺乏,高等教育落后;需求市场规模大,零部件企业部分进入配套市场;除了塑模产业外,其余相关支持性产业基本上是空白;企业竞争激烈,产业集群已现雏形。文章认为,为提高台州汽车产业竞争力,政府应采取措施弥补钻石体系中的劣势因素。
In Porter＇s Diamond Model,to improve industrial competitiveness is a system project,and it needs stress and strength and relative advantage,and it also needs government policies.The situation of auto industry in Taizhou：the first is the shortage of land and capital,abundant labor,good business entrepreneurs,the lack of senior technical personnel and the backwardness of higher education.The second is large demand markets,some parts enterprises into auto accessory market.The third is that all the other relevant industry is a blank except plastic model.The last is that there is intense competition among enterprises and industry cluster has been taking shape.To improve competitiveness of Taizhou auto industry,the government should take measures to compensate for the disadvantage factors in the Diamond system.
