分别从直接氟化法和氟化氢法合成五氟化磷、直接氟化法合成高纯度粉末状氟化锂和氟化氢溶剂法合成六氟磷酸锂等方面详细论述了工业化生产六氟磷酸锂的基本原理和生产工艺流程,并介绍了每个步骤产品的纯化工艺。
Basic principles and production technology of industrial production of lithium hexafluophosphate were thoroughly discussed in the following aspects: direct fluoride method and hydrogen fluoride solvent method to produce phosphorus pentafluoride,direct fluoride method to synthesize highly pure lithium fluoride powder and hydrogen fluoride solvent method to synthesize lithium hexafluophosphate.The purifying technology of products in every step was also introduced.
