摘要
主要研究了传感器技术在SMT传输系统中的应用,包括如何增强传输系统的功能。提出了利用传感器技术和自动控制技术来控制流水线上的传输系统,增强各生产设备之间的兼容性,使每道工序之间能够更完美的衔接,降低生产成本的效果。实际应用情况表明,该设计满足系统的要求,运行稳定,可靠性能高。
This paper mainly studies The application of sensor technology in the SMT transmission system,including how to enhance the transmission system functionso It proposes the use of the sensor technology and the automatic control technology to control the pipeline transmission system,enhances compatibility between the various production facilities,so that each process can be more perfect convergence and it will educe production costs effecto Practical application shows that the design can meet the requriements of the system ,it is stable operation and high reliability.
