三十六计在企业危机公关中的应用

摘要 商场如战场,古之兵法三十六计沿为今用,施展于危机公关之中,可助企业赢得客户和市场资源,变危机为商机。应用三十六计中的"擒贼先擒王",就是在企业危机公关中在公众面前树立勇于承担责任的企业形象;借鉴"反客为主",就是在危机公关中掌握话语权,变被动为主动;采用"围魏救赵",就是在危机公关中转移公众的视线;运用"借刀杀人",就是在危机公关中赢得大众的支持,击败竞争对手。 Market is battlefield. Putting the art of war in ancient china-"thirty-six stratagems" into practice and displaying it in crisis public relations can help the enterprise to win the customers and market resource, and turn the crisis into opportunity. Bringing the "thirty-six stratagems" into playing: "to capture the head to capture the enemy" supports enterprises to establish a positive image that they are full of courage to take responsibility in public when crises break out; "to become masters" means mastering discourse in crisis public relations and turning their situation from passive to active; "to surround one to rescue another" is to divert the public's attention in crisis public relations; "to use bystander's gun to kill self's enemy" helps enterprises to win the support of public and beat their competitors.
