摘要
《人民调解法》的实施标志着人民调解工作从此步入规范化、法制化的发展轨道。学者们普遍认为,人民调解法作为长期以来我国人民调解工作的经验总结和提炼,对于及时、高效、妥善地解决民事纠纷和促进社会主义和谐社会的建设,必将发挥更加重要的作用。
The implementation of people＇s mediation law marks that people＇s mediation work has gone into the development track of standardization and legalization.The scholars think that the people＇s mediation law,as the generalization and refinement of our people＇s long work experience of mediation,will exert a more important role in handling civil disputes timely,efficiently,and safely,and promoting the construction of the harmonious socialist society.
