摘要
目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、E-选择素及配体唾液酸化的路易斯寡糖-X(sLeX)的表达对肝癌的临床评价价值。方法:随机选择肝癌组织标本与正常肝组织标本各45例,采用SP法分别检测组织中HIF-1α、E-选择素及配体sLeX的表达情况,分析其与肝癌相应临床指标的相关性。结果:肝癌组织及正常肝组织HIF-1α的阳性表达率分别为68.89%和8.89%,HIF-1α、E-选择素、sLeX的阳性表达,与肝癌TNM分期呈正相关(rH=0.32,rE=0.35,rs=0.36),而与肝癌的分化程度呈负相关(rH=-0.46,rE=-0.34,rs=-0.31),与肝癌预后呈负相关(rH=-0.53,rE=-0.43,rs=-0.36)。结论:HIF-1α、E-选择素、sLeX与肝癌的发生、发展、转移与预后有重要的关系,综合检测对肝癌患者的临床评价具有较高的价值。
Objective: To explore clinical values of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α, E-selectin and sialvl lewis-X (sLeX)'s dynamic expression on evaluating hepatoeellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: Randomly selecting 45 cases of HCC specimens and normal liver tissue respectively, testing the expression of HIF-1α, E-selectin and sLeX, and analyzing the correlation with above indicators. Results: The positive expression of HIF-1α in HCC and normal liver tissues were 68.89% and 8.89% respectively, and positive expression of HIF-1α, E-seleetin and sLeX had positive correlation with TNM staging (rH=0.32, rE=0.35, rs=0.36), yet had negative correlation with HCCts differentiation (rH=-0.46, rE=-0.34, rs=-0.31), also had negative correlation with HCC's prognosis (rH=-0.53, rE=-0.43, rs=-0.36). Conclusion: HIF-1α, E- selectin and sLeX has important relationships with HCC's occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis, so compre- hensive testing above indicators has high value to HCC's clinical evaluation.
