摘要
[目的]设计一种轻便、灵巧、安全、成本低廉的安瓿助断器,探讨其安全性。[方法]根据玻璃材料的特点是承受压应力很强而承受拉应力却很弱的原理,用不锈钢材料设计制作口红式安瓿助断器,对其使用的安全性及微粒污染情况进行监测。[结果]经6 000次安全性对比试验,无一名护士在使用口红式安瓿助断器折安瓿过程中导致手部受损的发生;经过微粒污染监测试验显示,用口红式安瓿助断器折安瓿微粒污染显著低于临床上常规折安瓿法。[结论]口红式安瓿助断器能有效降低护士玻璃伤发生率,提高护士自我保护能力。
Objective:To design a kind of light,smart,safe,low cost ampoule help breaker,and establish a kind of safe and convenient off-ampoule method.Methods: According to the characteristics of glass which is very weak under stress and broken in tension,To design lipstick-type ampoule help breaker with stainless steel,and monitor the use safety and particulate pollution.Results:Through 6 000 times of security comparative test,no one caused the hand damage in folding the ampoule process by using lipstick-type ampoule help breaker;a test of monitoring particle pollution showed that particulate pollution monitoring by using lipstick-type ampoule help breaker to fold the ampoule was significantly lower than conventional method.Conclusion:The lipstick-type ampoule help breaker can effectively reduce the incidence of glass injuries of nurses and improve the ability to protect themselves.
