摘要
首先建立带裙房高层建筑与地基基础共同作用基本方程，然后用来分析某一主楼和裙房之间设缝的高层建筑，并与实测结果进行比较。
Theory of interaction between high-rise building surrounded by podium, foundation and soil is studied.Then, the theory is proved by comparing the calculated result with test data of a high-rise building withtemporary construction joint.
