摘要
对高校基建工程实施代建制管理进行可行性分析,建立高校基建工程代建制管理模式,并说明保证该管理模式顺利实施须明确的关键问题以及可能带来的风险与解决对策,以充分发挥代建制在高校建设工程项目管理中的应用。
Feasibility analysis on whether universities capital construction management can use construction agent system,building up management structure of agent construction system for universities captial construction,then explained the key problems must be cleared to ensure the management structure implement smoothly,and the risks which can take place followed this management structure and their preventing measures,aimed to make full use of agent construction system to universities captial construction project management.
