摘要
主要从筑炉质量、焙烧启动及后期管理、正常生产期管理、异常槽管理和破损槽维护等方面入手,寻找了延长电解槽寿命的最佳管理模式,达到了电解槽寿命最长、节约大修费用,降低生产成本,减少环境负担的目的。
Based on furnace building quality,roasting start up,post management,management in normal production phase,management of abnormal cell,maintenance of damaged cell and so on.This paper finds out the optimal management pattern of prolonging the lifetime of the aluminum reduction cell,achieves the longest lifetime of the aluminum reduction cell,saves the overhaul expenditure,reduces the production cost,and decreases the burden on environment.
