摘要
在销-盘式试验机上进行了抗磨添加剂的摩擦学性能试验.通过分析对摩表面的形貌特征、磨损量和摩擦因数等方面的变化,结果表明,抗磨添加剂能极大地改善机械系统的摩擦学性能.并根据试验结果,把抗磨添加剂应用到煤矿设备上进行现场试验,结果显示出抗磨添加剂具有减少机器磨损和降低噪声等优点.
The experiment of additive performances was carried out on the pin on disc tester. It proves that additive can greatly improve the tribological performances of friction pairs by observing the variance of mating surface topograph, wear mass loss, friction factor and so on. According to the experimental results, the additive was applied to mining equipments, and it is showed that the additive can play an imporment role in decreasing wear loss, noice etc.
