摘要
介绍了安钢生产计划管理体制的创新与实践。通过建立集中、统一、垂直的计划管理模式,实施全订单生产,统筹生产计划与大宗物料管理、产品研发、设备检修、运输效能的有机结合,实现了产、销、研、供、检、运计划的动态衔接及管理控制一体化,实现了生产计划管理由粗放到精细的巨大转变,促进了生产的均衡、稳定、连续、高效运行,大大提升了安钢的生产经营管理绩效与市场竞争力。
This article describes the practice of innovation of production planning management system in Anyang Steel.Through establishing centralized,unified and vertical management model,achieving full orders production,co-ordinating production planning and bulk materials management,combining product development,equipment maintenance,conveying efficiency,it achieved the dynamic management and control integration on producing,saling,researching,supplying,inspecting,transporting plan,implemented the changes of production plan from extensive management to fine management.It promotes the balanced,stable,continuous and efficient running and greatly enhances the production and management and market competitiveness.
