摘要
后勤文化是大学文化的组成部分,后勤文化也是教育文化,而且与当今社会提倡的低碳生活和绿色环保是紧密相联系的;后勤文化包含管理文化、社区文化、服务文化、卫生文化、绿色文化、美食文化、安全文化、节约文化、关系文化、服饰文化、生活文化等;从后勤教育性的理念思考和实践提出:应重视后勤文化建设、发挥大学后勤文化的功效、建设文化型的大学后勤;在后勤发展中用后勤文化力提高后勤工作水平,使得大学后勤文化为支撑提升大学的教育管理水平有所作为。
The logistics culture is part of the university culture and part of the education culture, which is related deeply with the low-carbon life and the environmental protection being advocated broadly presently. The logistics culture includes the cuhures on management, community, service, sanitation, greenization, gastronomy, safety, relationship, costume and life. According to the theory and the practice of logistics education, we should attach im- portance to the construction of the logistics culture, bring the effectiveness of the university logistics culture into play, and construct the logistics of the university with high degree of culture ; and we should raise the level of logistics during the development of logistics to make our logistics working contribute to increase the management level of our university.
